Introductory Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leadverse platform and related websites, applications, integrations and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Jakub Mužík, self-employed (sole trader), CIN (IČ): 17825598, with registered office at Na Šmukýřce 932/35, 15000, Praha 5, Czech Republic ("Leadverse", "we", "us" or "Provider").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Account Registration and Access

• You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. The Service is not intended for children.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account, connected applications and authorized team members.
• You must promptly notify us at support@leadverse.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not transfer, sell or share access outside your organization except as expressly allowed by the Service.

Service Description

Leadverse helps users discover and manage potential leads and search visibility opportunities from online discussions. The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate targeting, rank content, recommend actions and draft outreach.

• Create campaigns and monitor relevant public discussions.
• Surface and rank potential leads, Reddit SEO opportunities, competitor activity and market insights.
• Generate suggested public replies and private-message content.
• Connect an eligible Reddit account to send direct messages, manage an outreach queue and synchronize related conversations.
• Connect a compatible AI assistant through the Model Context Protocol ("MCP") to access and operate supported Leadverse features.

Features may depend on third-party platforms and may change as those platforms, applicable law or the Service evolve. The current included features and limits are displayed in the Service and at checkout.

Free Trial

• Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial.
• A valid payment method may be required. You will not be charged during the trial.
• You may cancel during the trial from your account settings to avoid a subscription charge.
• Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription at the price shown when the trial was started.
• Trials are for evaluation and may be limited to one per person, organization, payment method or account.

Subscription and Payment Terms

• All in One: Leadverse offers one paid package containing the features and usage limits displayed on the pricing page and at checkout.
• The subscription is billed monthly in USD through Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout until cancellation.
• We may introduce, change or discontinue features and usage limits. We will provide advance notice of material changes that negatively affect a paid subscription where reasonably practicable or required by law.
• Taxes, if applicable, may be added as required by law.

Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you configure and use the Service and for content sent or published using its output. You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and comply with applicable privacy, marketing, consumer-protection and anti-spam laws.
• Comply with the terms, rules and community standards of Reddit and any other third-party platform you use, including subreddit-specific rules.
• Have all permissions and authority required to connect an account and to process or use any information you provide to the Service.
• Not use the Service for harassment, deception, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, prohibited content or abusive, indiscriminate or misleading outreach.
• Not circumvent limits, interfere with security or operation of the Service, reverse engineer restricted parts of the Service, or use automated methods to extract or redistribute Leadverse data outside supported features.
• Not resell the Service, account access or lead data without our written permission.

Connected Reddit Accounts and Outreach

If you connect a Reddit account, you authorize Leadverse to access that account through the available connection, retrieve relevant account and conversation information, and perform the actions you request or configure. Depending on your settings, this can include generating, queueing and sending direct messages and synchronizing replies without requiring approval immediately before each message is sent.

You remain solely responsible for the connected account, your outreach settings, recipients and message content. You must regularly review your configuration and use suitable pacing, targeting and content. You can disable outreach or disconnect the account from the Service, but this does not reverse actions that have already been completed.

Any Reddit connection and automated outreach are used at your own risk. Automated or repetitive activity may be detected or treated as spam by Reddit or individual communities. Reddit may limit, restrict, suspend or permanently ban an account at its discretion, and Leadverse does not control Reddit's enforcement decisions or guarantee that an account will remain available.

Leadverse may display recommendations about account age, karma, pacing, personalization, links and other outreach practices. These recommendations are intended to reduce risk and improve outreach quality; they are not a guarantee against restrictions or bans, legal advice, approval by Reddit, or confirmation that any particular use complies with Reddit's rules.

Leadverse is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with Reddit.

MCP and Third-Party AI Assistants

MCP allows a compatible third-party AI assistant or application (an "MCP Client") to access Leadverse on your behalf. When you approve a connection, the MCP Client may receive access to the Leadverse tools described on the authorization screen. This can include reading account data and conversations, creating or changing campaigns, generating content, changing lead status, configuring outreach, and queueing or sending messages.

A connected MCP Client acts using your Leadverse permissions. Some actions, including queued automated outreach, may be completed without a separate confirmation for every later step. You are responsible for choosing a trustworthy MCP Client, understanding the access requested, reviewing its instructions and output, and monitoring actions performed through the connection.

MCP Clients are third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. At your direction, Leadverse may return your Leadverse data to the connected MCP Client. We do not control the MCP Client's availability, security, prompts, model behavior, retention or use of information after it receives that information.

Only approve a connection you initiated and trust. You are responsible for protecting access to the MCP Client and should disconnect it in Leadverse settings when access is no longer required.

AI-Generated Content and Lead Accuracy

Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or unexpected results. Lead scores, classifications, targeting, recommendations and generated messages are estimates and suggestions, not verified facts or professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and assessing whether a lead or suggested action is appropriate before relying on it. If you enable automation that sends content without manual review, you accept the additional risk associated with that configuration. Leadverse does not guarantee any number of leads, replies, conversions, rankings or other business result.

Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

Usage is subject to the account and feature limits displayed in the Service, at checkout or in applicable documentation. Limits may include campaigns, synchronization frequency, generated content, stored leads, messages, MCP calls and outreach capacity.

We may throttle, pause or restrict activity that exceeds applicable limits, creates unreasonable technical or financial load, threatens platform integrity, or appears fraudulent or abusive. We may adjust protective limits when reasonably necessary to maintain security, service quality or third-party compliance.

Data, Connected Services and Privacy

Leadverse processes public discussion data as well as information you provide or authorize through connected services. Connected-account information may include account identifiers, authorization credentials, account metadata, message content and conversation history. MCP use may involve authorization records and disclosure of requested Leadverse data to your selected MCP Client.

Our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that information and instructions you submit through the Service may lawfully be processed for the intended purpose.

Lead Data Retention

Leadverse generally retains discovered leads in your account for 60 days. Lead records may then be permanently deleted and become unavailable. You are responsible for exporting information you are legally entitled to retain before the applicable retention period ends.

Third-Party Services and Availability

The Service relies on third-party platforms and providers, including Reddit, AI providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors and user-selected MCP Clients. Their outages, policy changes, API changes, enforcement decisions or discontinuation may delay, limit or prevent parts of the Service from operating.

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access to any integration, error-free operation, or the continued availability of third-party data or features. We may perform maintenance or modify, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual Property and Your Content

Leadverse and its software, design, documentation and branding are owned by the Provider or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service during your eligible subscription or trial.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, support and improve the Service and to carry out your instructions. You represent that you have the rights required to provide that content and grant those rights.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, harmful use, or conduct that threatens the Service or a third-party platform. Where appropriate, we may first provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Cancellation, Refunds and Statutory Rights

• You may cancel recurring billing from your account settings. Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not normally create a refund for the current billing period.
• If you cancel during an eligible free trial before it ends, you will not be charged for the paid subscription.
• Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not refunded.
• If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory withdrawal, refund and conformity rights under the law applicable to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

• We are not responsible for decisions or actions you or an authorized MCP Client take based on leads, AI output or recommendations.
• We are not responsible for Reddit or another third party restricting, suspending or banning an account, changing its rules, or limiting an integration because of user activity or matters outside our reasonable control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, opportunities, goodwill, data or access to a third-party account.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Leadverse during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security requirements or third-party platforms. We will post the updated Terms and revise the date above. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required by law. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the Service and cancel before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Courts of the Czech Republic will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives a consumer the right to rely on the law or courts of the consumer's habitual residence. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.
