Introductory Provisions and Basic Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leadverse platform (the "Service"), operated by Jakub Mužík, self-employed (sole trader), CIN (IČ): 17825598, with registered office at Na Šmukýřce 932/35, 15000, Praha 5, Czech Republic.
Leadverse is a SaaS platform that helps users discover high-intent leads from online discussions. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Account Registration and Access
- To use Leadverse, users must create a personal account.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Accounts are non-transferable and intended for individual or organizational use only.
Service Description
Leadverse tracks public discussions on platforms like Reddit and X. Based on AI-powered keyword matching and relevance scoring, it surfaces posts likely to contain potential leads relevant to the user’s campaigns.
- Users can create campaigns by defining a product description and target audience.
- Users can manually enter keywords.
- AI scans communities daily and provides a ranked list of relevant posts in a dashboard.
- Currently supported platforms are: Reddit and X; more platforms may be added in the future.
Free Trial
- New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial.
- You may be asked to provide a valid payment method to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
- You can cancel at any time during the 7-day trial from your account settings and you will not be charged.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the first monthly fee will be charged at the end of the trial.
- Trials are intended for evaluation and may be limited to one per customer or account.
Subscription Plans and Payment Terms
- Explorer ($19/month): Reddit Scanning, Unlimited Leads, Unlimited AI Replies, 1 Campaign, 5 Keywords Monitoring, Automatic Daily Syncs, 5 Manual Syncs/Month, Email & Slack Notifications, Competitor Analysis
- Founder ($29/month): Reddit Scanning, X Scanning, Unlimited Leads, Unlimited AI Replies, 2 Campaigns, 10 Keywords Monitoring, Automatic Syncs Every 12 Hours, Email & Slack Notifications, Real-time Alerts, Competitor Analysis, 300 Auto-Replies/Month
- Business ($39/month): Reddit Scanning, X Scanning, Unlimited Leads, Unlimited AI Replies, 3 Campaigns, 20 Keywords Monitoring, Automatic Syncs Every 12 Hours, 10 Manual Syncs/Month, Email & Slack Notifications, Real-time Alerts, Competitor Analysis, Team Access, 450 Auto-Replies/Month
- Custom: For users needing more campaigns, keywords, platforms (Bluesky, LinkedIn), higher sync frequency, or advanced features, custom plans are available upon request.
- All subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. Payments are handled via secure third-party processor (Stripe).
- Post-trial billing: If you do not cancel during the free trial, the first monthly fee will be charged automatically on the day the trial ends, and renew monthly until cancelled.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Leadverse reserves the right to adjust pricing, plan features, or billing structure. Users will be notified in advance of any material changes.
User Obligations
- Users agree to use the Service only for lawful and intended business purposes.
- Users must not resell or redistribute access to the platform or lead data.
- Users may not use bots, scrapers, or automated methods to extract data from the platform.
- Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of access.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if a user violates these Terms, exceeds fair use limits, engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or disrupts the functionality or integrity of the platform.
In the event of termination, all user access and data may be revoked or deleted unless retention is required for legal or compliance purposes.
Fair Use and Abuse Prevention
To maintain platform integrity and prevent misuse, Leadverse enforces fair use limits across all plans.
Specifically, users may create a maximum number of campaigns per day equal to three times their plan’s campaign limit. For example:
- Free, Founder, and Professional plans: Up to 3 campaigns per day (1 campaign × 3 = 3)
Additional limits apply to automated features:
- All plans: Maximum of 20 keyword generation requests per day (each click of the "Generate Keywords" button counts as one request)
- Plans that include AI-generated replies (e.g., Professional): Maximum of 100 AI-generated replies per day
These limits are in place to protect against excessive usage, abuse, or automated activity that could harm system performance or result in unintended costs.
We reserve the right to temporarily block, throttle, or suspend usage that exceeds these limits or appears abusive.
Free plan users who have been inactive for more than 30 days may have their campaign syncs automatically skipped. Syncing will automatically resume once the user logs back in.
Data and Privacy
Leadverse only collects and displays publicly available discussion data. No private user data from third-party platforms is accessed or stored.
All user-provided data (campaign info, keywords, etc.) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Lead Data Retention
Leadverse retains discovered leads in your account for 60 days. After 60 days, lead records may be permanently deleted and may no longer be accessible. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before the retention period ends.
Service Availability and Limitations
- The Provider aims to ensure uninterrupted access to the Service but makes no guarantees regarding uptime or data accuracy.
- The Provider may limit or suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
AI Limitations and Accuracy Disclaimer
Leadverse uses artificial intelligence to evaluate and rank public social media posts based on their potential relevance to a user's product or service.
While the AI system is designed to surface high-intent or relevant posts, it may occasionally return false positives or miss qualified leads - especially if the input campaign description or keywords are unclear, vague, or overly broad.
Users are encouraged to regularly review and refine their campaigns to improve accuracy and results.
Third-Party Services Disclaimer
Leadverse interacts with third-party services and APIs, including Reddit, X, Supabase and Stripe. While we strive to provide continuous integration with these services, we do not control their availability, functionality, or data accuracy.
Changes or outages on these platforms may affect certain features of Leadverse. We are not liable for service interruptions or limitations resulting from third-party platform issues beyond our control.
Right of Withdrawal
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.
- Trial cancellations: If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged.
- After the trial converts to a paid subscription, refunds are not issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
- The Provider is not liable for actions taken by users based on leads surfaced by the Service.
- Leadverse does not guarantee the conversion or accuracy of any lead.
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their outreach - including AI-generated comments or messages - complies with the rules, guidelines, and terms of the platforms they use. The Provider is not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or penalties resulting from user actions.
Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
