Is a bulk ad launcher really worth the monthly cost for a small agency?
We're a small agency managing 4-5 mid-size accounts, and the time spent in Ads Manager is getting out of hand, especially when we have to upload the same set of creatives across multiple ad sets. I'm looking at solutions like Blip and some others, but the monthly subscription feels like another line item to justify. For other agency owners here, have you actually seen a measurable ROI from these tools? Does the time saved genuinely translate to more profit or better work, or is it just a minor convenience?
Bridal chain looking to change marketing companies...
Hey all - I'm the owner of 7 bridal stores (mostly in the southwest US) and the marketing company we've been using for many years is just pushing google adwords and not making adjustments to the current landscape (we've been in business for 15+ years if that helps at all). Our traffic has been taking a hit as this is becoming less and less effective (or at least that's what it feels like, correct me if I'm wrong). While I don't know what would exactly be most optimal for us, I'm looking for suggestions on what could work as the world adjusts to new marketing avenues with AI and what not. What we are looking for is what will push the most brides into our stores which usually starts with going to our website or calling us to set an appointment. We sell absolutely nothing online. It's all done inside our brick and mortar stores so finding someone who specializes in this (driving local traffic instead of global traffic) is paramount. We have great online reviews, we just need to tap into what's working right now and hire someone / a company that can adjust as that changes. So whether you have general ideas or specific, I'd love to hear them. If you possibly want the job, also add in your experience and specialties so I know a little about you. Feel free to post them in the comments, or DM me if you feel more comfortable doing that. Thanks in advance!
thinking about bringing ad management in house from an agency, what do people actually need to make this work
been paying an agency for paid advertising management for two years and starting to question whether the value justifies the retainer. feel like i have learned enough about our customers and what works that the agency is not adding as much strategic value as they were at the start wondering whether bringing it in house is realistic for a team of two people without dedicated marketing headcount. specifically trying to understand what tools and processes actually enable a small team to manage paid advertising effectively without the agency infrastructure
how much of your ad creative process have people actually automated and does the quality hold up
been thinking about using ai to generate ad creative including copy and images but skeptical about whether the quality is actually good enough to run without significant manual revision. have tried some general ai tools and the output tends to be generic in ways that do not perform well curious whether people who have used ai specifically for ad creative found it saved meaningful time without hurting performance. also wondering whether the ai tools that are purpose built for advertising outperform general tools for this use case

Hello, I have a D2C brand that I operate out of a shopify store. I started with some organic content on tiktok and instagram, and I am not doing bad. But a few months back, I started meta ads for my store. I paid an agency 2k a month, but the work they delivered was really bad, felt like AI slop. Then I tried meta ads myself, using claude skills and youtube tutorials, but i am struggling there a lot. The ROAS is not good (i need to get this up), and so I am not able to scale my business well. My product reviews and customer feedback is good. I want to know what are you guys doing? Should I find a better agency and pay them even more or shall I keep learning myself? Do you suggest any resources (courses or tools)?

Hi folks. I was just moved from the waitlist to active user for Shopify's new "Campaign Autopilot" feature. Wondering if anybody has found any success with this and/or could provide any tips and tricks to get the most out of it. TIA.
Came across something called "Campaign Autopilot" claiming free ad credit, has anyone actually used this?
Been searching for ways to get sales and came across a tool that connects to Shopify called Campaign Autopilot. It claims to automatically run Meta ads for you and offers a cashback/credit type deal, something like $400+ in campaign credit for 30 days. Haven't touched it yet, the whole thing honestly feels a bit too good to be true, "free ad budget" and urgency around a 30 day offer are usually red flags in my experience. Has anyone actually used this or heard of it? Trying to figure out if this is legit before connecting it to my store or if I should just stay away entirely. Genuinely appreciate any input from people who've dealt with tools like this before
Is AI Marketing for Tiny Pet Brands Even Worth It in 2026?
I run a small online shop for niche pet products (think picky-cat and anxious-dog type stuff). Last week a regular customer joked that my site “looks like 2014 but the treats slap,” and it kinda sent me down a late-night research spiral. I ended up reading stuff like netpeak.us and now my feed is full of AI tools promising “predictive this, sentiment that.” I get the theory, but I’m not sure if I’m thinking about this the right way for a small store with limited budget and time. Has anyone here actually used AI for things like forecasting search trends, personalizing emails, or tweaking product pages specifically for pet owners? Did it move sales or just eat your time/cash? If you were doing \low 5 figures/month and wanted to reach 6, what would you focus on first - SEO, AI-driven ads, email personalization, or something else entirely? Any concrete tools or “do this first, skip that” advice would help a lot.
learning Facebook Ads, does Claude + MCP make sense?
Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice on behalf of my girlfriend. She's a self-employed tattoo artist in Berlin and is currently getting into Facebook / Meta Ads seriously for the first time. She quickly realised just how huge this topic is. Campaign structure, audiences, creatives, tracking, budget, optimisation and so on. When you're just starting out, you barely know where to begin. Since I'm fairly tech-savvy and work a lot with AI, I suggested giving Claude access to the relevant tools via MCP and having it set up the first campaigns that way. Claude could then explain why each setting was chosen, so she gradually gets to understand the whole thing herself. There are two things I'd especially like to hear about: 1. How would you learn Facebook Ads from scratch today, if you were starting all over again? 2. Has anyone had experience setting up or managing Meta Ads with Claude, MCP or other AI tools? Would you recommend that to a beginner? The goal isn't to have an AI run the ads permanently. The idea is more to use AI as a kind of tutor and learn directly on real campaigns. If anyone here has specific experience with ads for local service businesses or tattoo artists, that would of course be particularly interesting. Thanks a lot!
What are the best AI agents for marketers right now in 2026 that are fully functional and genuinely useful?
I keep seeing more and more AI agents claiming they can basically run your marketing for you, content, social media, ads, lead generation, analytics, competitor research, etc. But I honestly i feel, a lot of them still feel like ChatGPT or another ai chatbot with a few integrations added. I'm curious what marketers are actually using in production right now. Not looking for tools that look impressive in a demo but still require you to babysit every step. I'm tired of it. It's done for me. I'm looking for AI agents that are genuinely functional and can reliably save a marketer significant time or improve results.
Hello, small business owner here. (Plumbing, Carpet Cleaning, and restoration) here looking for advice on which AI platform people prefer to assist with digital marketing, web site creation, SEO, and general business needs. Im not to familiar with AI.. Thanks in advance
best platform to advertise productivity saas products?
whats the best platform to advertise productivity saas products? im trying to figure out where the money actually goes furthest for this kind of tool. some things im not sure about: \\- google ads vs meta for productivity tools, does search intent win here or is it too expensive \\- reddit ads, do they actually convert or just burn budget \\- linkedin, worth it if the users are individuals and not companies \\- newsletters and sponsorships in the productivity niche, is this better than paid ads if youve run ads for a productivity saas, which channel gave you the best cost per signup, and which one you would not touch again? also curious at what point paid started to make sense for you, or if organic/content was the better move first. happy to hear anything from real experience, even if its just what didnt work.
Looking to hire a PPC freelancer for a niche CPA firm
I recently started a small CPA firm focused on real estate investors, mainly W-2 earners with short-term and long-term rentals. I’m looking for someone to help set up and manage Google Ads, and possibly Meta later. I want to target people specifically looking for real estate/rental tax help, not general tax prep or bookkeeping leads. I’d like to start around $750–$1,000/month in ad spend and scale if it works. I’d like to hear if anyone has experience in this niche and what your results have been. Thank you!
Beginner Clothing Brand Owner — Need Advice on Meta Ads
Hi everyone! I recently started my own clothing brand, and I’m honestly a complete beginner when it comes to Meta ads. I didn’t really have anyone around me who could guide me, so I’ve been learning everything myself and taking a LOT of help from ChatGPT 😅. I started running my ads around 4 August, and it’s now 17 August. I have two products/articles, and I did collaborations with two different influencers, one for each product. Since I was new to all of this, I did barter collaborations with both influencers. I didn’t ask either of them to send me the actual Reel files because, based on the guidance I was getting from ChatGPT, I knew that Partnership Ads were an option, so I decided to run the influencer content that way. Now I’m wondering whether I should have asked them to send me the Reels and used the content directly on my own page instead. I also don’t have a website yet. I know that’s another thing I should have had from the beginning, and I’ve already been told this in another community. I’m currently working on my website so I can properly track conversions and sales. For now, I’ve been running a Sales campaign optimized for message conversions. The biggest issue I’m facing is the audience. My ads are being shown mostly to men, even though my brand is specifically for women. Across both of my product ads, only around 20% of the audience has been women, while most of the reach has gone to men. And the messages I’m receiving from men aren’t even genuine product inquiries. They’re mostly completely random messages, which obviously aren’t converting into sales. I’ve now spent roughly half of my advertising budget, and I have ZERO sales. So I’m really confused about what I should do next. My questions are: Is there any disadvantage to running an influencer’s content as a Partnership Ad, rather than getting the Reel from the influencer and posting it directly on my own page as an ad? Could the Partnership Ad have anything to do with my ads being shown mostly to men? Why might Meta be showing my ads mostly to men even though I’m targeting women? Should I stop my current campaign since it’s generating mostly random messages from men and no sales? Should I create a new campaign/audience, or make changes to the existing one? With a limited budget and being completely new to ads, what would you do in my situation? I know I’ve made mistakes because this is my first time running a business and ads, but I really don’t want to keep spending the remaining budget without understanding what’s going wrong. I’d genuinely appreciate any advice from people who have experience with Meta ads, especially for a small clothing brand. 🙏
So, I have a new campaign, new ads, and new ad sets. Horrible Results. My landing page is good enough to convert. I worked as a conversion optimization specialist for many years. Amount Spent: $290.04 Impressions: 2,924 Reach: 1,993 Frequency: 1.47 CPM: $99.19 Link Clicks: 134 CPC (Link Click): $2.16 CTR (Link Click): 4.58% Clicks (All): 266 CPC (All): $1.09 CTR (All): 9.10% Landing Page Views: 103 Cost per Landing Page View: $2.82 Purchases: 1 Cost per Purchase: $290.04 Purchase Conversion Rate from Landing Page Views: 0.97% Purchase Rate from Link Clicks: 0.75% Daily Budget: $20/day I had testing users on the site that I found online who had made purchases in the past for another service I offer. However, these users are low-quality users, so I cleared out the Pixel I had. For some reason, it seems like the people who have signed up are similar to those users. Also, the age group seems too old for the product I offer. I was running like 3–4 static ads, so I’m not sure why my CPM is so dang high. Can someone please school me on what is going wrong?
Trying to navigate setting up ads - can anyone help?
Huge beginner at setting up ads for an e-com business but managed to get through most parts until the end but ran into a problem. I am trying to shopify dropship and run ai ads on meta that i made with capcut. Whenever i put in all of my requirements in the campaign, ad set and ad itself, with the video, budget, etc, there is always the conversion section that will lock into certain options after i try to publish it. It will always say 'fix details' when i get to publishing it and say there i need to change selections in the conversion section, despite them being what i think they are supposed to be. Either way, I'm not able to change these options when it tells me i need to do so to fix the ad set. Sometimes, it will just give 'the wheel of doom' on the whole conversion section instead and not load at all before i can even attempt to publish it. Meta ai usually tells me this can be fixed by just duplicating the campaign and trying that. This unlocks the options to change things in the conversion part, but then i try to publish once again and it ends up saying 'fix details' in conversion section but then the options lock once again. As i mentioned i have basically no knowledge so let me know if you have any advice on this matter or any other advice for what to put in all the other filters you can work with when making ad campaigns. Thank you in advance and sorry I am not so techy!
Meta Ads for service businesses: Engagement → Messages vs. Sales → WhatsApp?
I’m a professional photographer specializing in weddings and quinceañeras. Until March, my Meta campaigns were performing very well, but over the last few months I’ve seen a significant drop in both lead volume and lead quality. Currently, I’m running: Objective: Engagement → Messages Messaging apps: WP and Instagram DMs Placements: Instagram only Audience: Mainly segmented by age and gender I previously also used Parents with teenagers (13–17) as an interest/demographic segment. I’ve tested both static images and video. Static ads perform significantly better for me. Budget: \$20/day CPM: $3–5 CTR: 1–1.3% The important part is that this is a high-consideration service. People usually message me first, have a conversation, ask for pricing and availability, and may book several weeks or months later. There is no immediate online purchase. I’m wondering if I should switch from Engagement → Messages to a Sales campaign optimized for WP conversations. Questions: For a service business where the conversion happens through WP after several conversations, does Sales WP generally perform better than Engagement → Messages? Does the Sales objective actually optimize toward people with higher purchase intent, or would it essentially find the same type of users? Would you recommend keeping a relatively segmented audience, or testing Broad/Advantage+ Audience? Has anyone here tested Engagement → Messages vs. Sales → WP for a service business and seen a meaningful difference in lead quality? Thanks!
Would you prefer doing marketing internally by yourself or would you be willing to hire an agency that hire's creatives and manage's facebook ads for you. rarely see app owner's hiring marketing agencies these days
I have the budget, but can't seem to find the right person!
Well, I run a small marketing agency here in the US, and the issue of having the right marketer is becoming much more of a mess than I initially thought, see what I have done so far, looked for the right talent on hiring platforms, looked at their profile, and most of them are over-selling meaning they just lying on their resume/portfolio, few of them are experienced, but trust me when I say this, they over-promise and under-sell, and about the rest, they are way too under-experienced for me to hire them. I have been looking at the talent profiles endlessly, and yet to find out the right fit for my role, so anyone of you business owner's reading this, where do you find the right fit for your role(s) without burning out.
I am running meta ads for a Silver Jeweler brand in India, targeting tier 1 cities. I used both CBO and ABO in 2 diff campaigns. Keeping 1 camp - 2 ad sets - 4-6 creatives, and budget of 3000/day. The product AOV is 5000rs. And selling through website D2C. It's been 10 days both of my campaigns are in learning phase, one even showing learning limited. There has been 3 conversions so far in the one showing learning limited and none in other. I know 50 conversions in 7 days never gonna happen for this brand, also I run ads for a luxury apparel brand where AOV is 10000+ but ads are out of learning phase within 7 days, without a single sale. Is the starting budget of 3000/day is low or high? I have no idea where it's going wrong. Anyone who can help?
Im running Google ads &meta ads since 2 years for my clients clothing store in uk. Now last 4 days & today also the horrible performance I'm experiencing in meta amd google equally. Cpa is hitting like 60-80£, however our existing cpa was 18-25£. Whats the issue on going? Anyone’s noticed
Tier 1 ad sets won’t spend, but worldwide ad set spends normally—what could be causing this?
I waited more than 72 hours for my Meta campaign to start spending properly. The campaign had two ad sets, each with a $25 daily budget: Worldwide targeting: spending normally Tier 1 targeting: spent less than $2 I tried duplicating the Tier 1 ad set, but the duplicate had the same problem. I then duplicated the entire campaign, and it still barely spent. Finally, I created a completely separate campaign targeting only the UK with a $25 daily budget. That campaign also spent less than $2. Meanwhile, the worldwide ad set continues spending without any problem. Has anyone experienced this before? Is this likely an audience-cost issue, a new ad account restriction, bid/delivery problem, or something else? What would you check next?
Vibecoded a app. Now the promotion on TikTok and meta. Need help!
Need help with Meta & TikTok ads for my VibeCode app Hey everyone, I built my iOS app using VibeCodeApp.com. The app is already live on the App Store, but I’m struggling with the marketing/advertising setup, especially Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. I’m trying to figure out how to properly connect my app so I can get the best possible app-install experience when someone sees my ad. I’m also interested in the iOS-style download experience where users can tap Download directly from the ad and confirm with Face ID, instead of having to manually search for the app in the App Store. I’m also confused about SDKs, app tracking, attribution, A/B testing, and optimization. I’d like to properly track which ads/videos generate installs and understand what’s actually happening after someone clicks or downloads. Since I built the app with VibeCode and I’m not a traditional developer, I’m not sure how to implement the required SDKs or whether VibeCode supports them. If anyone has experience with VibeCode + iOS + Meta Ads/TikTok Ads, I’d really appreciate some advice on: How to properly connect the app to Meta and TikTok Which SDKs/tracking setup I actually need How to track installs and conversions How to A/B test different ads/videos How to get the best possible iOS download experience Any recommended settings or best practices I’ve searched YouTube and Reddit but haven’t found much specifically about VibeCode-built apps. Any help or experience would be greatly appreciated!
Winning ad suddenly stagnating after consistent sales - what would u do
I have a ABO campaign, skin care niche where one ad has been carrying most of the results. The creative is basically a “doctor didn’t tell me this after surgery” angle. For a while it was pretty consistent at roughly 1 purchase/day around $27–35 CPA - that was holding for 3 days. CTR was also very strong, around 8%+ link CTR. Recently it started stagnating: \- CPA has climbed to around $40–45 \- spend is inconsistent / Meta sometimes doesn’t spend the full $30 daily budget \- I don't get purchases no more from this ad \- CTR is still strong \- engagement/conversion rankings have generally been decent, but quality ranking has shown below average I haven’t made any major changes to the winning ad itself. I’m wondering what usually causes this when the creative is still getting clicks but purchases slow down. What would you do on my place? I’m also testing a separate long-copy native right now, and it has got 33 clicks with 8 outbound with $15 spent.
Need Strategy Advice: High ATCs & Checkouts but Low ROAS (1.0) on a $40/Day Meta CBO Campaign
Hey everyone, I'm looking for some strategic advice on optimizing an active Meta Sales campaign. We are getting a solid amount of Add to Carts (ATCs) and Initiated Checkouts (ICs), but our conversion rate at the very bottom of the funnel is lagging, dragging our overall ROAS down. Here is the breakdown of the setup and current performance: The Setup Campaign Type: Sales (CBO) Budget: $40/day Structure: 1 Ad Set Creatives: 4 Active Ads (2 Videos, 2 Statics) Market: Australia Product: Car Diffusers Offer: Buy 2 diffusers, get 20% off Additional Context: This is our only active marketing campaign for the business (no Google Ads, no other Meta campaigns). Current Performance & Spend Breakdown Overall CPA: \$57 Overall ROAS: Barely touching 1.0 Static 1: 5 Sales Video 1: 1 Sale Video 2: Spent $83 — 0 Sales. However, it has generated 18 ATCs and 7 Initiated Checkouts. Static 2: Spent \$21 — 0 Sales. What I've Already Checked I’ve thoroughly audited the user journey. The landing page is highly functional, the checkout process is smooth, and the 20% off discount applies correctly at checkout without any friction. The Dilemma Video 2 is eating a significant chunk of the CBO budget. It’s clearly driving high intent (18 ATCs, 7 ICs), but the traffic just won't cross the finish line into a purchase. Meanwhile, Static 1 is quietly driving the most actual revenue. Questions for the Community: Creative Management: Should I turn off Video 2 to force the CBO budget into the proven winner (Static 1), or is the high ATC/IC volume on Video 2 a sign I should let it run and optimize? Account Structure: Since this is our only traffic source, would you suggest launching a small MOF/BOF retargeting campaign just to capture those abandoned carts, or keep everything consolidated in this single CBO? Offer/Friction: Has anyone experienced a similar drop-off between IC and Purchase with bulk-discount offers? Are there any specific optimization strategies you’d recommend to push that ROAS up? Any insights, feedback, or recommendations would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Hello, I’m new to Facebook Ads and recently created a new ad account to start testing different ad formats. I launched five campaigns with a daily budget of PKR 500 each: 2 video ad campaigns 2 single-image ad campaigns 1 carousel ad campaign Following the recommendations I received, I tested all three formats. So far, the single-image ads seem to be performing best for me, as they are generating some sales. I let the campaigns run for 7 days, and I received product views, website visits, and some purchases. Here are the results: Ad 1: 7,804 impressions 4.18% CTR 383 link clicks 6 purchases Ad 2: 4,343 impressions 4.67% CTR 238 link clicks 1 purchase Ad 3: 1,499 impressions 5.47% CTR 97 link clicks 1 purchase I’m selling traditional Pakistani women’s clothing, including both stitched and unstitched collections. Since I’m still a beginner, I’m now wondering what I should do next to improve my conversion rate. I received a total of 718 link clicks but only 8 purchases, so I’m concerned that there may be an issue with my website, offer, or conversion process. Should I increase the budget on the campaigns that are generating sales, or should I continue testing and optimizing before increasing the budget? What would you recommend I do next to improve my sales and get better results from my Facebook Ads? Already tested the checkout process and website loading times my self and it seems fine and working properly. TYIA
Hey, y'all, I'm Kavin, and I'm 14, trying to grow my pc business, so I tried to start running Meta ads. I've spent 526$ and I've gotten a grand total of ZERO conversions. My age range is 18-45. I thought my creatives are decent (attached pictures below), but they're just not hitting. I had a pretty ok run on my last set, but it mainly focused on 1 ad. Ctr was alright when I talked to another pc seller who runs meta ads. I tried running new creatives in a new set, but they turned out like shit. But I'm just so confused about why nothing is working. Thank you for reading! My site is shoppandapcs.com if y'all wanna see if its the site. old ads that did ok new ads that did shit
