Best WhatsApp automation app for Shopify that doesn't break at high volume?
running a shopify store and relying on email for abandoned carts but open rates are basically dead at this point. wanna lean harder into whatsapp for our next promo. we tested a few of the cheap tools but hit a wall super fast. either the pricing suddenly skyrockts when u add a 3rd team member, or the bot just straight up stops working if u hit some hidden "session limit" (almost totally screwed us during our last big sale). plus using zapier to handle custom product questions is so clunky. i basically just want an ai layer that can read our shopify catalog, automatically hit up abandoned carts, and actually answer basic sizing/shipping questions if they reply back. what are the actual scalable options right now that dont have hidden session caps?

Runs a short AI-driven qualification chat (max 6 fixed questions, using Claude as the model) — the AI can only pick from a predefined question list, never invent new ones or mention pricing 4. Once all questions are answered, an AI Agent compiles a structured JSON profile and writes it to Google Sheets 5. Sends the lead a fixed closing message confirming a quote within 24 hours, and notifies me by email that a new profile is ready 6. If the lead asks something out of scope or seems unresponsive/hostile, it should flag the conversation as "requires human" and stop im looking for someone to help me in this creation
Hello, this happened to me twice. I am a SAB and did video verification. After that I created a free Google sites website for my biz and added link to my GMB profile. Within 10mins I got suspended and had to repeat video verification again. After approved, i deleted old google site incase there were problems and created new website on Google Sites and checked and double checked for errors. Again after linking it to my GMB profile, I again got suspended. Now gone through process to appeal again and I took the website out from my GMB listing. I researched a lot online and nowhere it says that you cant use a free google sites website to add to GMB listing. Am I missing something? Has something changed. I dont mind paying for website from WIX etc, just thought easier and free so Google Sites was a good option. Can anyone answer this question ?????

Need some advice please, I have been building a new website the past 4 or 5 months with Godaddy website builder. I have used it in the past and always had exceptional customer service from Godaddy, but it seems those days are over as they have gone the way of all tech companies it seems with Ai help, and overseas cheap telemarketing. I have had so many issues, main issues I can't duplicate products anymore, everytime I try and delete anything title/description/photos it just keeps reverting back to the original pics titles etc. Inventory changes, I put 1 qty and it always reverts to N/A and I have to go back and edit qty after the listing. All products have disappeared from my website and you have to click the "All products" link to see them, home page now only shows featured items. (Had help from Godaddy several times w this issue and it still exist) The site loads SLOW AF. I have reached out for help so many times, the live chat is gone so I have been using text. Each time it's the same thing, I get transferred around to 6 or 7 different people over the course of hours until I get tired/frustrated etc and just can't do it anymore. Godaddy\Joe from reddit was nice enough to "help out" He wrote asking my problem which I answered his Reddit message the same day only to never hear back from him, that was 3 weeks ago. So before I go further with this site (I have over 400 items listed already) I am contemplating moving it elsewhere, I know everyone trashes GD and it seems like I'm just wasting my time continuing with this BS site. Can anyone recommend another platform (Not shopify) that I could look into? I'm not that tech savvy so idk if wordpress is an option I can use. Problem je što obojica (ja i co-founder iz USA koji radi sales) još uvijek imamo full-time poslove, pa teško stižemo sve odraditi kako treba.
